The CHICS Usergroup is available at no charge to all Support-Registered CHICS Users. If you cannot find the information you need give Colin or Mark a call on 01277 424427 - 10am-5pm.

These meetings provide in-depth presentations from CHICS staff focusing on helping you use CHICS software more effectively.

HOURS: 2 DAYS PER WEEK (14 hours)

SALARY: Up to £35,000 pa (pro rata) depending on experience.

Cyron is a small Housing Co-operative based in Kensal Rise, NW10, run by an active and participatory Management Committee.

We are looking for a forward thinking, hard-working and experienced Housing Manager, with comprehensive knowledge and work experience of housing management, rent software (CHICS or equivalent), housing legislation and policy and a track record of delivering within budget.

The Housing Manager must be solution focused, have staff management skills and will work alongside a Maintenance Manager and Finance Consultant to deliver a comprehensive and effective housing management to Cyron’s members. They will be responsible for the office administration, the Co-op financial administration and is expected to assess and report risk and ensure that all activities of the Co-operative are in accordance with housing policies and regulatory requirements.

A consultative and collaborative approach to Cyron’s Management Committee, excellent communication and organisational skills will definitely be needed along with the ability to work with discretion and integrity.
