- Which systems do you support?
We work only with Microsoft 365. We don't support Google Workspace or on-premises servers.
- Do we buy the laptops?
Yes. You buy the laptop or PC and have it delivered to us. We enrol it in Microsoft Intune, turn on BitLocker and set it up to meet the Cyber Essentials requirements, then send it to your colleague ready to use.
- Do we have to use CHICS housing software to use IT Support?
No. IT Support is a separate service, so you can use it whether or not you use CHICS.
- Are you Cyber Essentials certified?
Yes. We're Cyber Essentials certified ourselves, and every laptop we manage is set up to meet the Cyber Essentials requirements.
